Messina has changed it's name to Musina.
Musina has the distinction of being the most northern town in South Africa and the main port of entry from North Africa into South Africa. It is situated 540 m above sea level in the midst of the well-known Limpopo Valley. The dry bushveld provides excellent climate for the cultivation of citrus, mangoes and tomatoes as the main agricultural products

Many game and bird species inhabit this strikingly beautiful reserve of 24 000 acress.An impressive feature of the reserve is the world's oldest datable rock, a piece of granite gneiss, dated at 3 852 million years old. Just south of Musina.

Hunting Area

The hunting area is in the very north of the Northern Province of South Africa, just south of the Limpopo River, which constitutes the South Africa and Zimbabwe border. It lies centrally within the greater Limpopo Valley, between the Soutpansberg mountain range to the south and the Limpopo River to the north. The farm is situated just west of the confluence of the Sand and Brak Rivers, within the Savannah Ecological Biome.

The area is approximately 24 000 acres in size. The diverse topography consists of a pleasant, gently undulating, mixed-tree bushveld traversed by numerous dry watercourses, with quartzite hills completing the picture.

Our Wildlife
Our insect, animal, plant and bird life is rich in variety. There is an extensive spectrum and quantity of wildlife including eland, kudu, wildebeest, hartebeest, zebra, gemsbok, waterbuck, impala, warthog, duiker, steenbok, klipspringer, cheetah and leopard.
